What to Expect
Our certified driver arrives at your pickup location and deploys the hydraulic lift or ramp. You are wheeled smoothly into the vehicle while remaining in your wheelchair. Once inside, your wheelchair is secured using industry-standard four-point tie-down straps and a lap belt for maximum safety. You remain comfortably in your wheelchair throughout the entire journey. At your destination, the driver deploys the lift again and safely wheels you out, providing door-to-door assistance.
