Meet Marco Long — Founder & Owner
Marco Long founded Tailor Made Transportation with a simple goal: to provide dependable transportation that treats every passenger with dignity, patience, and respect.
A U.S. Navy veteran, licensed paramedic, and former firefighter with more than 15 years of EMS experience, Marco understands how much safe, timely transportation matters to patients and their families. He brings that experience and a hands-on approach to TMT, overseeing daily operations and personally helping passengers get where they need to go.
Serving the greater Jacksonville area, Marco is building TMT around the values he lives by: timeliness, consistency, and consideration. Whether coordinating a medical appointment or helping someone return home, his focus is on making each trip comfortable and giving families confidence that their loved one is in caring hands.
